Corterra Group & Second Flight Capital Announces Acquisition of Precision Manufacturing Company Incorporated
DAYTON, Ohio (May 2026) — Corterra Group, the first platform company established under Dayton-based Second Flight Capital, today announced the successful acquisition of Precision Manufacturing Company Incorporated (PMCI), headquartered in Dayton. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With the acquisition of PMCI, the Corterra Group’s family of companies, which includes Qualtronics, Panel Control Integrators, and System 7, delivers custom wire harness manufacturing, control panel integration, industrial automation, systems engineering, and field service solutions to customers across multiple industrial markets. PMCI directly bolsters the precision wire harness capabilities of Qualtronics and expands the depth, capacity, and customer reach of Corterra’s manufacturing platform.

Craig Galloway, President of Precision Manufacturing Company, will continue with the business as General Manager. Craig’s values, as well as his vision of caring for people, align well with the values of Corterra and Second Flight. His ongoing leadership ensures continuity of customer relationships, and operational guidance to integrate the business well within the platform.
