Dayton, OH (November 2025) - Dayton-based Second Flight Capital, along with its Mission Partner Investors, announces that Corterra Group, the Second Flight Electronics and Controls Manufacturing platform, has completed the acquisition of System 7, a systems engineering and integration firm based in West Liberty, Ohio. System 7 joins Corterra’s family of companies, which includes Qualtronics, a custom wire harness manufacturer, and Panel Control Integrators (PCI), a leader in control panel design and manufacturing.
